What we do
We invest in, build, and scale ventures that end homelessness for those experiencing it or prevent homelessness from happening in the first place. We use our 50 years’ worth of insights and data, our brand, our network, and our ability to co-create products and services with those who know best what is needed – our Experts by Experience who help us to accelerate the growth of our ventures.

Venture Studio is an impact-led community, working towards changing the lives of those who experience or are at risk of experiencing homelessness by providing employment and funding opportunities fuelled by philanthropic giving. We do this through four areas of work:
- Our Changing Lives Grant which helps people experiencing homelessness to progress into education, employment or to start up small businesses.
- Equity investments in and supporting of diverse founders with solutions that are preventing and ending homelessness at scale.
- Building businesses from the ground up within Crisis.
- Co-designing solutions with Experts by Experience and nurturing a community of unusual suspects aligned with our mission.
