What does this Privacy Statement apply to?
This Privacy Statement applies to personal/sensitive personal/special category information (collectively known as ‘information’) that we collect from our members, partners and visitors to our websites, platforms or portals.

Please note we may be compelled to maintain your information due to specific legislative or regulatory requirements, for example we keep copy invoices in case of an HMRC investigation and if you have held a contract with us we will retain that information.

Spamming is where unsolicited e-mails are sent to you containing advertisements or marketing related materials without your consent.
