Spotr helps housing providers build a Single Asset View, where all data on a property comes together in one page. That means one joined-up record with the key evidence and insights needed to plan maintenance, manage risk, and prioritise investment.

Case studies

Clarion 

For Clarion, we processed exterior condition scans of 125.000 properties in one week, to complement traditional surveys and improve portfolio visibility. 

Stonewater 

For Stonewater, we onboarded 130.000 images, taken over the past 5 years across 30.000 properties, and analysed them for property attributes and defects. 
Based on these analysis, survey times could be redirected to homes with old or limited available images, or homes where a higher risk was detected. 

SNG 

With SNG, we are building an AI-supported planning approach to help asset managers decide which homes to invest in, when, and for what reason, and to make those decisions easier to explain at portfolio level.
