Our solution
Our technology produces hydroxyls, protecting tenants and homes. Hydroxyls are naturally occurring molecules and play a key role in how our planet self-cleans. They bond with contaminants, breaking them down at a molecular level into harmless base elements.
Whilst hydroxyls themselves are not anything new, our patented technology and application is. We replicate this process with our ARC® Cell — a UV-C light combined with a quad-metallic catalyst, coated with a hydrophilic epoxy primer to attract water vapour. When exposed to UV-C, the cell reacts with moisture (H₂O) and oxygen (O₂), triggering a reaction that generates hydroxyl radicals to continuously neutralise mould, bacteria, viruses, odours and VOCs.
