We provide fast-acting air systems designed to eliminate up to 99.9% of mould spores and other contaminants both in the air and on surfaces.

What we do

We offer a portable unit for a rapid response — simply deliver and switch on to eliminate up to 99.9% of mould spores. Tenants can remain in their homes during surveys and repairs.

Our fixed wall-mounted unit is for long-term protection, ideal for properties with recurring mould. It eliminates up to 99.9% of spores and helps prevent future growth, reducing repeat maintenance and offering tenants peace of mind.

What we can help you with

As new housing legislation comes into effect (Awaabs' Law and Renters' Rights Bill), our solutions support landlords in dealing with mould issues effectively whilst delivering safer, healthier homes for their tenants.

Our solution

Our technology produces hydroxyls — powerful cleaning agents that actively purify the air and sanitise surfaces. Hydroxyls are naturally occurring molecules and play a key role in how our planet self-cleans. They bond with contaminants, breaking them down at a molecular level into harmless base elements.

We replicate this process with our patented ARC® Cell — a UV-C light combined with a quad-metallic catalyst, coated with a hydrophilic epoxy primer to attract water vapour. When exposed to UV-C, the cell reacts with moisture (H₂O) and oxygen (O₂), triggering a reaction that generates hydroxyl radicals to continuously neutralise mould, bacteria, viruses, odours, and VOCs.

Benefits of working with us

The fixed unit reduces the need for repeat maintenance visits, saving time and money. The portable unit can reduce decant expenses by allowing tenants to safely live in their homes whilst the property is surveyed and repairs are carried out.

Case study

We have run pilot schemes across multiple properties with some of the UK's largest housing associations including L&Q. All of our pilot scheme testing has consistently shown up to 100% reduction in mould spores within 72 hours.
