Our solution
All3 covers three stages of construction under one accountable contract: design, manufacture and assembly. Real-Time Architecture (RTA) is our AI-powered design platform, which translates a site, brief and regulatory context into a fully resolved building design in days rather than months. Our Cellular Factory produces the building's components off-site using robotic manufacturing, to tolerances and quality standards site-based construction cannot match. Mantis, our purpose-built four-legged robotic platform, then assembles those
modules on-site with minimal human intervention.
This integrated approach removes the handover gaps that cause most cost and schedule overruns in conventional construction. Developers contract with a single counterparty for the finished building, rather than coordinating dozens of trades and suppliers - and benefit from the repeatability that comes from a process designed, end to end, to be replicated.
