Imagine if all homes could talk?
Our connected home research report is the largest exploration yet into the current state of connected (smart) homes in the social housing sector.
‘If Homes Could Talk’ reveals just how social housing organisations can move forward with rolling out connected homes technology, at pace - and at scale.
In conjunction with Bromford Flagship and a number of key partners, we’ve delved into why the adoption of Internet of Things (IoT) tech has been slower in the social housing sector than in other industries, where the use of IoT devices is more widespread.
Working with landlords, supplier and tenants, our research has uncovered the truth about why, even though the benefits of the tech are widely known, many social housing organisations are stuck in pilot mode, why those pilots should stop now, how barriers to roll-out can be overcome and how we can forge a way forward.

What our members and partners say about us
“Talking to passionate innovators and visiting schemes in person stimulated discussion in a way you just cannot get online, and lead to really starting to think about how we move from awareness and understanding implementation.”
