Unlocking the potential of your EDI data - A smarter approach
Join us for an essential 90-minute webinar, with EDI data expert Clare Paterson, exploring the untapped potential of EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) data in social housing, and the hidden pitfalls to avoid.
The session will reveal how a smarter approach to EDI data can not only streamline your operations but also put you on track for a better grading from the regulator. Perfect for decision-makers in customer service and engagement, this webinar will empower you to make informed choices that keep your teams efficient and aligned with best practices. By the end, you’ll have clarity on a crucial yet often overlooked aspect of your role; understanding how EDI data collection and use helps, and when it risks harming the very communities you're here to serve.
In this webinar, Clare’s looking forward to sharing insights that will help you streamline operations, reduce risks, and create a stronger foundation and greater impact for your equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
