Gemma Hancock is the Executive Director of Assets and Development at MHS Homes, responsible for leading the organisation’s Asset Management Strategy and Development Plan. With 19 years of experience in the social housing sector, Gemma has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, mixed-tenure housing and regeneration projects. Her expertise spans the full project lifecycle from feasibility and design to procurement and on-site delivery.
