About our Speaker
Oke's career has been centered on business improvement, customer experience, and inclusivity. Starting at Legal & General, then moving to Customer Services Director at Prudential, where his passion for customer service began. After transforming service delivery at BUPA, he founded Think Outside In to help businesses enhance customer strategies. At Sainsbury's, he worked with CEO Justin King to maintain high service standards. As co-founder and UK CEO of Many Pets, he disrupted the pet insurance industry and promoted diversity. With roles on boards like Hyde Housing, Bromford Housing, and the Institute of Customer Service, Oke's impact extends far beyond the boardroom. Now, as founder of Elevate Colour, he empowers people of colour in leadership and is the author of The Cult of Service Excellence.
