In this session we will be exploring “the CIO playbook” which has been developed by Infotech to assist senior technology leaders solve their most common problems. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear practical advice to everyday issues not only facing housing leaders, but also other sectors.
During the webinar attendees with learn the eight strategies to unlock the core eight challenges that technology leaders face and understand the critical actions to sustain these strategies. We will also explore how to ensure organisational value from technology, truly align the tech strategy to business goals, spend with precision and take time to reflect, align and adjust. Phil Brunkard, Executive Counselor - Infotech
Phil has over 30 years’ experience in executive-level technology and innovation leadership, strategy consultancy, digital transformation, and complex managed services delivery. He has 7 years’ experience of working within social housing including six years as a Non-Executive Director with Accent Group and developing the IT/Digital strategy and roadmap for Curo Group.
Neil Lovett, Chief Information Officer – Ridge & Partners
Neil is the CIO at Ridge & Partners who operate as built environment consultants with high levels of work in the public sector including long term engagements with many housing associations. Neil has partnered with Infotech for the last three years for support with his objectives and strategies and prior to joining Ridge, hel spent 8 years at Britvic Soft Drinks as Head of Strategy & Delivery. His previous roles include 10 years consulting for FTSE100/250 and as a Business Analyst at British Gas during which he earned his degree in Computer Science followed by a PhD in Quantum Computing at the University of Leeds and a post-doctoral position at the University of Calgary.
This session is designed for CIOs and other technology leaders or those leading the technology/digital transformation agenda. It is also relevant to executives interested to know how they can get their tech leaders to be more strategic and business aligned.
