Culture, people, purpose – three of the biggest conversations in leadership right now. And for good reason. The pressure is on to create organisations that are agile yet anchored, fast-moving but people-first; and where work still feels like a place worth being.

This July, join us for a day designed to spark ideas, challenge assumptions and give you the breathing space to think differently. Hosted by the Disruptive Innovators Network, The Culture Equation brings together trailblazers from inside and outside the housing sector, alongside stories, struggles and successes from our own members.

Expect fresh perspectives on the big issues – from AI to inclusion, from skills gaps to strategy – and practical ideas you can take back and apply straight away. We promise no over-polishing. Just real conversations in a space designed for exactly that – the Ohana Floor at Salesforce Tower, where you’ll be surrounded by big views and even bigger thinking.
