Session overview

Join us for a resident-led day of ideas, discussion and practical exploration, focused on how tenants and residents can play a bigger role in shaping housing services and solving real challenges.

Hosted by SNG and DIN, the day will bring together residents, sector leaders and innovation experts to explore how AI, technology, creativity and co-design can help improve services and strengthen engagement. From opening reflections on how technology is changing the world around us, to practical breakout sessions and a closing panel discussion, the programme is designed to be interactive, thought-provoking and practical throughout.

Across the day, attendees will have the chance to build confidence, test ideas, learn new approaches to problem-solving and hear from others working to improve housing services in different ways. The event will also help lay the foundations for an ongoing Resident Innovation Network, creating opportunities for future testing, learning and co-design.

It will also be valuable for housing professionals, engagement leads and others interested in resident-led innovation, co-design and service improvement.

If you are a tenant or resident of a social landlord or work in this space and are interested in how the world of housing is being changed by technology, innovation and regulation then we want to see you at this event.

Ideally it would be good if two tenants/residents were to come with each landlord member of staff. But if you are just curious and fancy a day of fun and learning then feel free to book on.

Attendance is free to tenants, residents and staff of social landlords.
