Great leadership has always been important. But in a world where AI can take on more of the mundane work and where AI can also work hard on the wrong thing, with the wrong perspective or the wrong target it is more important than ever to know how to lead, coach, ask the right probing questions and course-correct our teams, both human and agentic.

This session will explore the essential leadership skills people need today as AI becomes more embedded in how work gets done. It will focus on what it means to lead well in this environment, how to stay thoughtful and intentional, and why human judgement matters even more as technology becomes more capable.

Alongside the discussion, the session will also include a live, hands-on demonstration of building a system in real time or “vibe coding”, if you like showing how these skills can be applied in practice.

Alfred Biehler advises senior leadership teams around the world on innovation, particularly where technology and human culture intersect. He is actively using AI to build systems that augment human intelligence and help make the world a better place for humans.

Previously, Alfred served as Head of Innovation at Google for thirteen years, founded several companies, and also worked at Microsoft for a decade.
