Running an open housing innovation programme to solve tricky problems
Following our recent session with NASA's Head of Open Innovation, DIN members asked if we could explore the issue of running open/collaborative innovation programmes at scale. Therefore, I am delighted we have been able to secure one of the partners Gigged.AI who have helped NASA solve tricky problems using collaborative innovation methods.
With demand high for innovation but widespread cost cutting, companies are continuously seeking innovative solutions to complex challenges, leveraging the collective intelligence and creativity of a diverse pool of talent. Gigged.AI is one NASA's leading partners as part of its transformation agenda.
Attendees will learn about the open innovation process and what organisations gain:
- Access to a curated platform that simplifies the process of engaging with open talent, ensuring that companies can easily find and collaborate with the right experts for their specific challenges.
- Tools and Framework designed to enhance collaboration and alignment among internal teams and external contributors, ensuring a unified approach to problem-solving and maximising the potential for innovative solutions.
- Insights into best practices for open talent innovation, enabling companies to leverage external creativity while maintaining coherence with their internal strategies,
thus ensuring that the integration of open talent contributes positively to the company's innovation ecosystem.
Following the session, DIN members will be invited to explore how we might come together using collaborative innovation programmes to solve common problems.
