Our third AI Forum of the year, is going to be a bit different as we are handing over the time to Richard Hawkes (Rich) and his fellow panel of senior housing leaders and tenants as we curate a rapid fire series of 5min pitches of Ai solutions you can use or develop today.

Built around 3 themes of:

1. Customers
2. Colleagues
3. Homes

We are looking to showcase 8/9 Ai driven solutions and give DIN members the chance to see the potential of how they could work in their business.

Each solution will be given 5mins to pitch how they are using Ai to solve a problem, What data have they used to decide this was a problem worth solving, how did they go about testing and building it and what happens next.

Those applicants getting through the selection process will have the chance to pitch to a panel of housing experts and tenants and get immediate feedback on their solution.

At the end one solution will be selected and be given an opportunity to pitch in person to delegates at DINs premier housing Ai conference 'In the Blink of Ai' on the 18th November at Amazon HQ.

This is a great chance to sit in and hear from exciting new builds actually happening and being used in the sector. Whether it is improving the tenant experience, making colleagues lives better or the property or neighbourhood this will be a fast paced and fun experience for all DIN members to come along to.
