As summer draws to a close, attention is turning to the next generation of housing innovators helping to shape the future of the sector. With that in mind, the teams at DIN and PfH have been working hard behind the scenes to prepare for the launch of 'SHED' 6 and the forthcoming tender publication.

The Social Housing Emerging Disruptors (SHED) framework is a national procurement scheme run by Procurement for Housing (PfH) that allows councils and housing associations to buy new technology and services from start-ups, small businesses and other disruptive innovators with exciting solutions for the social housing sector.

We're pleased to share the SHED 6 Briefing Document, providing essential information on:

  • What to expect from the SHED 6 tender

  • How to prepare ahead of publication

  • What evaluators will be looking for

  • How to strengthen your submission and maximise your chances of success
