Building on the first session, this session shifts from “what’s not working” to what could be possible.

This mini programme is a live, responsive minilab series shaped by the issues people are raising right now addressing real pressures, real frustrations and real opportunities.

Across three highly interactive sessions, we’ll create space to surface what’s could be getting in the way of doing great work, reframe those challenges as fuel for change, and move together out of ‘stuckness’ into momentum.

This series is for people who want practical ways to think differently, test ideas and start shifting how work actually gets done.

You are invited to bring questions, tensions, half-formed ideas, and a willingness to explore them openly with peers.

Session Overview:

We’ll explore future-of-work options for people, culture, leadership and work design—drawing on innovation from around the world and the challenges you bring into the room. Perry will introduce ideas from progressive organisations and invite you to experiment with new ways of thinking about roles, teams, performance and culture.

In this session we will:

  • Turn key challenges into future-focused design questions
  • Explore innovative approaches to work design, leadership, learning and performance
  • Consider how to move from control and compliance to energy, autonomy and impact
  • Use Beckhard’s “V” (Vision) element to sketch more compelling, plausible futures

You’ll leave with:

  • A set of “what if…?” options for your own organisation
  • Examples of people and culture innovations you can adapt, not just admire
  • Greater confidence to talk about vision and direction in ways that feel real, not fluffy
