This mini programme is a live, responsive minilab series shaped by the issues people are raising right now addressing real pressures, real frustrations and real opportunities.

Across three highly interactive sessions, we’ll create space to surface what’s could be getting in the way of doing great work, reframe those challenges as fuel for change, and move together out of ‘stuckness’ into momentum.

This series is for people who want practical ways to think differently, test ideas and start shifting how work actually gets done.

You are invited to bring questions, tensions, half-formed ideas, and a willingness to explore them openly with peers.

Session Overview:

Using an “open-mic” format, we’ll explore where current systems, structures and practices are holding you back—from performance management and role design to leadership behaviours, culture and ways of working. Perry will help you make sense of what you’re noticing, connect patterns across organisations, and reframe “problems” as starting points for change.

In this session we will:

  • Identify the sources of dissatisfaction in your current people, culture and work design approach
  • Explore why some issues remain stubbornly stuck, even with good intentions and effort
  • Use Beckhard’s equation to distinguish between symptoms and systemic causes
  • Share examples of how other organisations have named and worked with similar challenges

You’ll leave with:

A sharper language for describing what’s not working—and why

  • A clearer shared picture of where dissatisfaction could become fuel for change
  • A simple diagnostic lens you can use with your own teams
