Steph Goad - Chief Executive, Golding Homes
Steph joined Golding Homes in 2022, following senior leadership roles at mhs Homes and transformation and policy roles in local government. With a background in organisational development, customer service and operational improvement, Steph brings a strong strategic mindset and dedication to delivering quality homes and services for communities across Kent. She is known for values‑driven leadership and a clear focus on people, culture and performance.
Jonathan Layzell - Chief Executive, Stonewater
Jonathan became CEO of Stonewater in June 2025 after many years of senior leadership in the organisation, including serving as Chief Officer for Growth and Development. He led Stonewater’s national housebuilding programme, delivering over 1,000 new homes a year, and has overseen major mergers, sustainability work and community‑focused regeneration projects. Jonathan is known for blending ambition with social purpose, championing inclusion and leading with clarity through growth and change.
