At DIN, we’re always looking for new ways to help members explore innovation, collaboration, and creativity. The Digital & Data Channel invites you to a hands-on LEGO® Serious Play® workshop that does exactly that.

Led by Kate Allison, an experienced LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, this interactive session will help you unlock new ways of thinking, build shared understanding, and shape ideas together, one brick at a time.

What we’ll explore:

During this practical, in-person workshop, we’ll explore how LEGO® Serious Play® can be used to:

  • Tackle complex challenges where there’s no single right answer
  • Surface different perspectives across teams and roles
  • Build shared understanding around strategy, services, and change
  • Turn abstract ideas into tangible models that support clearer decision-making

Participants will take part in guided build exercises and reflection, gaining a feel for both the method and its practical application.

Who is this session for?

This session is designed for anyone looking to:

  • Spark creativity in teams
  • Improve collaboration and engagement
  • Explore problems and opportunities from a new perspective

It will be particularly valuable for those working in digital, data, transformation, service design, and change, as well as leaders responsible for strategy or delivery.

No prior LEGO® Serious Play® experience is required.

Why attend?

  • Experience an innovative, research-backed method for creative problem-solving
  • Build shared understanding and stronger team connections
  • Turn complex concepts into visual models everyone can engage with
  • Leave with practical tools and techniques you can apply back at work

Please note: While their is no attandance fee for DIN members, we’re introducing a £199+VAT charge for no-shows without prior notice, to ensure places are used meaningfully.
