LEGO® Serious Play® – Building ideas that stick
At DIN, we’re always looking for new ways to help members explore innovation, collaboration, and creativity. The Digital & Data Channel invites you to a hands-on LEGO® Serious Play® workshop that does exactly that.
Led by Kate Allison, an experienced LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, this interactive session will help you unlock new ways of thinking, build shared understanding, and shape ideas together, one brick at a time.
What we’ll explore:
During this practical, in-person workshop, we’ll explore how LEGO® Serious Play® can be used to:
- Tackle complex challenges where there’s no single right answer
- Surface different perspectives across teams and roles
- Build shared understanding around strategy, services, and change
- Turn abstract ideas into tangible models that support clearer decision-making
Participants will take part in guided build exercises and reflection, gaining a feel for both the method and its practical application.
