Back in the noughties one of the highlights of the housing year was the Customer Excellence conference, featuring some of very best leaders and proponents of service and business excellence we could find from all sorts of different sectors. The purpose to explore, identify and bring back ideas, methods and systems that could help social housing providers deliver better services to the tenants and residents.

Well after a break of more than a decade DIN has decided the time is right to reboot the idea of a day purely focussed on customer service and leadership excellence for a new time and generation.

If you are interested in improving services and experiences for tenants and colleagues this is the day for you. We promise a day of unrivalled insights, innovation and inspiration all designed to help you and your organisation understand the changing nature of service excellence.

With a mixture of keynote presentations, fireside chats, breakouts and a panel session this will be a packed day of some of the very best in customer service.

The speakers we have lined up come from a variety of sectors but one thing they all have in common is a desire to deliver a brilliant customer experience backed up by real world experience.

Who should attend?
Anyone leading, responsible or interested in delivering an exceptional customer experience will benefit from attending this event including Chief Executives, Board members, Executive Directors, Heads of Service and frontline operational teams.
