Amanda Leonard - Founder and CEO of Perfectstorm
Amanda spent 18 years in global, FTSE organisations at Exec and Board level including Sainsburys, Granada PLC and Compass Group, the world’s largest catering company. Taking an equity stake in the PE backed SSP - Food Travel Experts - Compass spin off in airports and railway stations, she served as Global Senior Vice President for Stakeholder Engagement and Communications, working with financial stakeholders, investors, unions and franchised brands such as M and S, Starbucks and Caviar House and Prunier. In 2010 Amanda founded Perfectstorm, a boutique agency working with clients to transform customer perception, stakeholder sentiment, drive growth and manage reputation. She has worked extensively in the housing sector for the past 14 years, leading on the Clarion merger, facilitating Board and Exec team away days, managing outsource communication and marketing teams and led on the first post Grenfell resident consultation working with Cabinet Office.
