About our Speakers
Rupert Parker is CEO of Building Passport. Having previously worked as a chartered surveyor for 10 years, followed by heading up innovation in a worldwide property consultancy and run a PropTech accelerator, Rupert set up Building Passport to fix the siloed and fragmented nature of building information.
Charles Seifert is Director at Inside the Box Advisory. Charles, a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in property management and professional services, regularly acts as an expert witness in service charge and property management disputes. He was chair of the RICS Mixed Use Working Party which wrote the first guide to managing mixed use property, and he regularly writes articles for property journals. For the past three years he has spent much of his time advising clients in relation to the Building Safety Act 2022 and supporting them in their journeys towards compliance with the Act. Charles is also founder of ItBox a building safety, resident engagement compliance platform and app.
