For our Autumn meeting, we will once again be gathering the DIN community together in person for a day of insight, inspiration and innovation. We have designed an informative, inspiring and innovative agenda for you. This time we are kindly being hosted by our partners, Microsoft at their Manchester offices. We thought it would be nice to take DIN members to a different part of the country.

So, what have we got in store for you?

As usual we are aiming to give you some of the very best in new tech and leadership insights to help you and your organisation make the most of the opportunities available as well as provide some challenge and fresh thinking. However we wanted to have a strong focus on leadership and change throughout the day exploring how this might impact on organisational culture, systems, decision making and meeting regulatory compliance.

In this meeting we will explore:

What got you here, won't get you there - What do social landlords need to be thinking about if they are wanting to tackle some of the big challenges in the year ahead?
Leading for change - how do you take a legacy business, continue to deliver services but transform your operating model to a new, digital one?
Making sense of AI in housing - With the landscape of AI changing so rapidly this briefing session will bring you bang up to speed with all the issues, challenges and opportunities. From using the right LLM, to data ethics, to managing staff using AI
For many Digital exclusion is still a reality so what are the effective routes to bringing everyone on board?
Building your innovation capabilities - Many organisations are put off large scale innovation programmes so how do you build the right innovation capabilities for your organisations ambitions and resources?
Why do so many digital transformation programmes fail to achieve their purpose? Understanding what these lessons are then using proven techniques which do work can mean the difference between success and failure.
