Join Jon Cocker for a fast-paced tour of what’s been happening in the world of AI and housing since we last met.

In our second AI Forum of the year, we’ll give members fresh insight into the rapidly evolving AI landscape – from practical use cases and strategic thinking, to how you can reduce implementation risk and get real value from early adoption.

This is a chance to hear what others are doing, learn from outside the sector, and explore how AI can reshape the way your organisation thinks, decides and delivers.

In this session, we’ll look at practical examples of how AI is being applied across housing and beyond. From understanding your organisation’s AI starting point through audits and readiness, to hearing a fast-paced lightning pitch from Beam’s Magic Notes solution, the forum is designed to offer real insight, useful challenge and ideas you can take away. We’ll also look beyond the UK, with a European perspective on how landlords are using AI and what emerging regulation could mean for the sector.
