The DSAF forum is delivered by Greenhouse Intelligence in partnership with DIN. Greenhouse Intelligence is an AI consultancy with a strong track record in the housing sector which is led by Andrew Burgess.

This session is part of our series for 2024 and is targeted at more technical members including data analysts, data scientists and data professionals.

The theme is 'language models and how to get the maximum value from them'.

We will explore:

Large Language Models vs Small Language Models
How to host your own
What to consider around privacy
Fine tuning and how to get the best from them
During the session we will also be hearing from Charlotte Davidson from Bayezian who will talk about her experience of implementing LLMs in a global research company and how prompt engineering can be used to mitigate many of the challenges. In her current role as a Data Scientist, Charlotte has focused on exploratory data analysis and machine learning classification work for housing associations, before transitioning to large language model (LLM) projects. She is currently enhancing her cloud skills by pursuing an AWS certification and has a keen interest in jailbreaking LLMs.
