Across the day you’ll take part in a mix of interactive sessions, practical labs, and a Promptathon designed to help you move from AI curiosity to real-world impact. No prior AI development experience is needed for our entry-level labs – just curiosity and a willingness to get involved.

During the day you will:

- Take part in a Promptathon, working in teams to solve live challenges using Copilot
- Get hands-on in a series of labs, including:
- Embedded AI Lab – using Copilot in your everyday tools and workflows
- Extensible AI Lab – extending Copilot with Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric
- Differential AI Lab – combining Copilot, Power BI and Azure to unlock deeper insights

Prerequisites
To take part in the day, at least one persons from your organisation attending will need access to the below:
- Ideally teams of 2 – 4. However, if it is just yourself that ok
- Copilot licenses required for participation in the Embedded AI Lab
If you do not have a Copilot licence, but do have access to M365 Copilot chat please still come along you will still benefit from the day

What to bring
- Your own device (laptop recommended for all participants)
- Please also check in advance that you are able to access guest WiFi on your work laptop*
*Some organisations restrict external WiFi access on corporate devices. Please work with your IT team ahead of time so that this doesn’t prevent you from taking part in the labs.
