CEO Compass: Daring to Do Things Differently (But Not for the Sake of It)
This session brings together two leaders who are unafraid to question the rulebook when it gets in the way of progress. From social housing to education, Nick and Drew have both led in environments where scrutiny is high and expectations are complex.
Together, they will explore what it really means to do things differently, not for the sake of being provocative, but with thought, intent and purpose. The conversation will focus on how leaders decide when to challenge established norms, how to avoid innovation theatre, and how to stay grounded while making bold choices.
