Can regulation drive innovation & productivity? With Prof John Seddon
As part of our thought leadership series we wanted to explore whether regulation acts as a brake or an accelerator of innovation and productivity
In his latest manifesto Prof John Seddon, Founder of Vanguard Consulting puts forward his ideas for how we could transform service delivery through better regulation that unleashes significant improvements in service and productivity.
We'll discuss:
You know regulation can be drudgery-inducing bureaucracy that drives anxiety.
You know it determines how leaders are judged.
But, did you know it impedes productivity?
How could a change of method in regulation drive productivity, innovation and genuine knowledge of what works?
Prof Seddon explains.
NOTE
It is recommended that all delegates read the manifesto 'Rethinking Regulations' paper before the session. It can be found via this link: Rethinking Regulation: a Manifesto – Vanguard Consulting Ltd
