ADVANCE NOTICE

This October, step inside the disruptive edge of housing innovation with a conference designed to spark ideas, challenge assumptions, and explore fresh thinking around asset investment, sustainability and resident wellbeing.

Hosted through DIN’s Property channel, this event will explore the theme of connected operating models looking at how organisations can better connect homes, services, systems and people to build greater resilience and deliver better outcomes.

This is a hold the date for now, with more information to follow, but attendees can expect a thought-provoking day of practical insight, cross-sector learning and fresh perspectives from inside and outside housing.

Speakers include:

  • Pete Apps – exploring climate change, building quality and risk, and opening the day with a keynote in the morning
  • Simon Blake, Autoglass – sharing experience of running complex field operations and using technology to support service transformation, with a potential keynote for the afternoon
  • Andy Neely – academic and former Rolls-Royce advisor, bringing insights from Cambridge’s service transformation work and what other sectors learned when they stopped selling maintenance and started selling outcomes

Examples and case studies will draw on learning from beyond housing, with relevance for housing, FM, utilities and asset management.

More speakers to be announced.
