Session Overview

4REAL exists to create a loving world built through the unique beauty of people and technology, for people.

The organisation has recently been awarded funding from Trust for London, City Bridge Foundation and the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation to pilot its purpose-focused AI consultancy service with three housing associations. The support will be offered at a low-bono rate over a three-month period.

In this session, Davidson, CEO of 4REAL, will introduce the low-bono offer and explain how 4REAL can work with housing organisations to identify opportunities to improve outcomes for residents, achieve savings and support organisational growth through AI.

Davidson will also explain what the consultancy package includes, who it is designed for and how housing associations can apply to take part.

About the speaker

Davidson, CEO, 4REAL

Davidson has worked across a range of technical and business projects, helping organisations use technology to solve real challenges and unlock new opportunities.

In 2017, he worked with the startup Predina, where he was part of the team that developed an AI tool designed to predict and prevent road accidents across the UK. He later worked with early forms of AI agents, then commonly known as robotic process automation, helping organisations upskill their teams and develop business automation systems.

Davidson has also worked with major brands including Meta, Nando’s and Heineken, supporting the development of new products and services. His combined technical and commercial experience enables him to take a practical, purpose-led approach to AI implementation.
