Innovation is the change you bring to market: Meaningful search fields and meaningful ideas

Innovation is a contact sport. It is about building bridges between internal silos and between the company and your customers.

Where do you start the innovation journey? And how do you find “meaningful ideas” in an ocean of ideas? This is a common problem which requires a particular set of skills, but skills that can be taught and learned.

And for DIN members we have secured one of the best proponents: Frank Mattes. Best-selling author and founder of Lean Scaleup, he is a master of his craft in helping organisations solve complex challenges and then maximise their impact.

What will these sessions cover?

Frank will be running two 60min online workshops to help change your appraoch to ideation and help innovation leaders understand better what they should focus on if they want to bring change to their business.

Topics: How to evaluate ideas. Rapid Reality Checks and Innovation interviews. The need to roadmap “big ambitions.” Exercise: Innovation interview

Our Speaker

Frank Mattes is a thought leader, startup mentor, and expert in corporate business-building. He is the founder and CEO of Lean Scaleup. Together with more than 20 leading companies and two business schools he co-created the Lean Scaleup framework, the best practice for overcoming corporate scaling-up problems and creating new, profitable businesses.

As an advisor and mentor, Frank helps corporations accelerate the learning cycle in building new businesses, allowing them to create new revenue streams and move swiftly on their transformation journey. He is the author of two books on the subject: Lean Scaleup and Scaling-Up Corporate Startups.
