PIN Summer Network Event

Welcome to our SummerNetwork Event. We will be hosted by Cipex in Manchester. This is the Monday before CIH Manchester, so a great opportunity to meet colleagues before the event kicks off on Monday evening/ Tuesday morning .

Networking lunch will be served from 12.30 and we will start at 2.00pm. The event will conclude at 4.30pm.

Contact centres play a really important role in linking the tenant to the wider asset teams, but how well do you understand them and how the technology has progressed to support you in delivering the service?

We will be focusing our session on becoming an educated client in the world of contact centres from omnichannel (what it is and how it can help reduce repairs costs) through to technology to move more of your service to a proactive service, where you can inform you tenant of a problem before they know themselves. And a whole lot more.
