Learning from the IDA Consumer Regulation Pilots

This session will explore one of the most important issues housing providers in England are facing in preparing for the roll out of the regulators consumer standards. As a pilot organisation Magna were keen to learn from the IDA experience and help shape the framework for the inspections as they saw it as a vehcile they could improve services from.

Do come along and join us if you want to be better prepared for the new consumer standards.

Part presentation, part interview, part discussion with opportunities for delegates to ask Jo directly any questions they may have.

What will we cover?

  • How they prepared for the consumer standards IDA pilot - from receiving their IDA notification
  • What worked well and where they could improve
  • Their consumer pilot process
  • The areas of regulatory focus during the pilot
  • Outcome and feedback
