September’s session will focus on us at our session find out how two organisations have implemented Intelligent Automation (IA).

Richard Small - IA, Integration and CRM Centre of Excellence Manager for Suffolk County Council who will be joined by Naz Juna, Account Executive from Blue Prism. SCC have seen their Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence scale quickly. Richard will talk how to find opportunities to introduce automation, the savings made and how IA has helped them link with other stakeholders including Police, Health and Care.
Colin Stokes, Managing Director of Adiuvo, Tom Shrive, CEO of askporter and Lambeth Council partnered to implement a new communications platform, improve service, and put in place a roadmap of transformation and incremental automation. They will discuss how to deliver impactful digital transformation in small easy to manage chunks, including what areas are the easiest to automate and what generate the greatest gains.
