Inside the Business Greggs transformation story

For those of you with long memories, you will recall Greggs the bakers from years gone by. Nowadays they are simply known as Greggs. Part of the reason for this was because their traditional markets were being disrupted by competitors (including supermarkets) and changing customer needs. But how does a business respond to disruption whilst still delivering business as usual?

I’d be delighted if you could join me in person as we go inside Greggs for the day and hear about their remarkable transformation story and what we as leaders can learn from their experiences.
