Inside Innovation: Lessons from Danish Social Housing

As part of our international innovation community, we have been invited by the BL - Danish Federation of Non-Profit Housing Providers to visit them in Copenhagen to share and explore innovation in social housing Danish style.

In true DIN and PIN fashion we want to give members more than just the usual experience of visiting housing schemes, we have curated a packed 48-hour experience to showcase some of the best innovations around digital, people and property in Denmark.

Not only will we hear direct from some of Denmark’s leading housing providers and their partners, but we have also been granted exclusive access to Space10, IKEAs innovation lab. And there is more as we will also be taking in the greenest home in Europe at the ‘Build for Life’ Living lab setup by Velux as well as hearing from some of the winners of the Neighbourhoods for generations’ competition showcasing innovations in the way we live.

Throw in a selection of Proptech Lightning pitches, net zero and climate change, tenant experience and we have the makings of an amazing discovery learning experience.

Thanks to our partners at Switchee we also have a bursary place available to those housing providers with less than 5,000 stock who may struggle to justify the delegate fee. Please get in touch for more details.
