About this event
Colin King is currently the technical lead at Sero and has a super impressive CV with over 40 years of experience in the sector.
Ex Director of BRE, where he was lead officer on energy performance of retrofit, refurbishment and the Hygrothermal performance of Buildings. He is a well-known expert in moisture in buildings, and has sat on a number of standards committees and policy bodies in this regard including BS5250, PAS 2030 and PAS2035, DBEIS Moisture Advisory Group, MCHLG Part C, F and L currently delivering Welsh Government revisions to Part L, C and F of the Building Regulations. He is currently providing technical advice to the Scottish and Welsh Governments on their new Energy Efficiency Programmes
