Digital Executive: Challenges with existing housing management systems and legacy technology

Welcome to DIN's refreshed IT forum where we have moved the focus more towards those using and leading the technology.

The need for collaboration is greater than ever. Our members are telling us they would value the opportunity to discuss and share learnings on the common technology problems facing the sector.  This is particularly important due to the various economic and social head-winds are now increasing our reliance on their technology and ability to innovate.

In this session we will hear from two leaders within the sector that have delivered successful transformation and understand the challenges many are still facing. Whether it’s dissatisfaction with existing housing management applications or the general constraints of legacy technology estates, this session will provide the opportunity to:

  • Discuss the sector challenges with existing housing management systems and providers.
  • Review the pitfalls and blockers of legacy technology.
  • Hear from leaders who have successfully navigated these challenges.
  • Discuss opportunities to increase collaboration within the sector.
  • Identify practical solutions to help you drive transformation within your organisations.
