Creative problem solving in project delivery with Susie Braam
We all recognise we are living in times of great uncertainty which in turn are seeming to create ever more complex challenges.
Well we’ve decided to take this challenge head on and bring in Susie Braam, former Head of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in National Security, who will help DIN members apply new creative techniques to complex problem solving including:
- Familiarity with the FourSight Framework and understanding of how to apply it to structure your and your team's approach to problem-solving, achieving greater levels of clarity and focus when in problem-solving mode.
- Appreciation for the different ways in which people engage in creative problem-solving and what each style can bring to the table, so that you are better placed to harness others' creativity and develop more impactful solutions.
- Awareness of your own approach to problem-solving and ways in which this might help or hinder others you work with as well as your individual impact. This supports healthy team dynamics and helps us arrive at better solutions.
